The infrastructure is live, but Article #004 has not yet produced enough reviewed external workflows to promote a cluster into an Open Problem. This is intentional: the Demand Graph begins at zero instead of pretending synthetic benchmark cases are customer demand.
What qualifies

How Article #005 will be chosen
RESONANCE requires at least ten meaningful external workflow responses and at least three real cases in the selected cluster before calling #005 “market-selected”. The topic remains open until that threshold is reached.
